All bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first come, first served basis.A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.The remaining balance is payable 14 days before your event.Should a cancellation or postponement occur within 14 days of the event, the 50% deposit will be retained and a credit note will be issued for the remaining balance. Credit notes are valid for 60 days.Rebookings remain subject to availability.

All orders are subject to availability.Platters require a minimum 2-3 day lead time. Grazing & Harvest Tables require a minimum 7-day lead time.

Deposits are non-refundable.If an order is cancelled, a credit note will be issued.Orders cancelled within 48 hours of collection or delivery will receive a credit for 50% of the invoice value.Credit notes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Can we accomodate dietry requirments? Absolutely.Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order.While we take every precaution to minimise cross-contamination, all food is prepared in the same kitchen. We therefore cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.Vegetarian options are available, and separate boxes can be prepared for guests with specific dietary requirements.Specific dietry requirements are an added cost to final invoice if additional purchases need to be made. Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy Free, Carb free are often additional costs.

Are our products Halaal? Our meats are sourced from a Halaal-certified butchery, and certificates are available upon request.Please note that Food That Loves You Back is not a Halaal-certified kitchen.We do not use alcohol in any of our products, and the majority of our desserts are gelatine-free. We also offer a wide variety of vegetarian options.
