MIXED BEAN PATTIES COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Organic Soybean, chickpea and black beans burger patties.

MIXED BEAN PATTIES

  • Air Fry: Before: Marinate in a sauce or oil & season well. Fry for 7 minutes at 180˚C.

  • Flat-grill toaster: Place the patties in a flat-grill toaster and drizzle with oil. Toast for 8 min until golden.

  • Over the fire / Pan Fry: Place the patties in a marinade for 1 hour or brush with oil and season well. Braai for 3-5 minutes on each side on medium coals.

PAPRIKA MARINADE - MIX AND MARINATE YOUR PATTIES

1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic,

1 tsp ground cumin,½ tsp salt,

1 tbsp soy/worcestershire sauce,

2 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil


Defrost the patties in the packaging bag. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Snip bag open and pour in the marinade. Set aside for 1 hour before cooking.


Ingredients: Organic Soybean tempeh, black beans, chickpeas, rice flour, rhizopus oligosporus. Allergens: soya, peanuts, wheat. Made in a factory that uses soya,wheat and nuts.
