We want to practice moderation and not be consumed by all the temptations calling us. These healthy-er pancakes are quick, high-protein pancakes you can make at home. Nutritional coaching is a process whereby we help our clients get off from yo-yo dieting and binge eating and support the client's goals by getting the foundations right and consistent. šŸŒšŸ„ž Banana Bread Cottage Cheese PancakesĀ šŸ„žšŸŒ


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed šŸŒ

  • 3 TBSP cottage cheese šŸ§€

  • 4 TBSP flour 🌾

  • 1 egg 🄚

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder šŸ„„

  • 20g dark chocolate chips šŸ«

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  2. Add the cottage cheese, flour, egg, and baking powder. Mix well.

  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the batter to form small pancakes.

  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
